The Contest

The Bûche de Noël Contest

Bring the traditional French Yule log cake, dressed for the holidays. Bake something Mr. Fezziwig would toast, and we will all get a taste.

  • Classic chocolate, chestnut, vanilla, or your own twist on the Yule log.
  • Homemade, and brought finished on its own platter or board.
  • Decorations must be edible: meringue mushrooms, sugared cranberries, chocolate bark.
  • Enter alone, as a couple, as a family, or as a companionship.
  • Set it out by 6:30 PM. Judging and tasting begin at 7:30.
